SummerCamp Zaragoza SchoolHouse 2023 general terms and conditions
The number of places is limited.
To reserve a place, 25% of the total cost must be paid.
The remaining 75% will be paid 7 days before the start of the activity on the selected date.
The reservation and amounts paid will be refunded in case of cancellation or suspension of the activity by the authority.
They will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the user.
Once the place has been confirmed, there is a period of 5 days to pay the reservation, otherwise the place will be free.
The groups will be organized by age groups and will consist of a maximum of 15 children with a responsible adult in charge.
In case of not reaching the minimum number for each group, the Management reserves the right to group different age groups.
The Management reserves the right to suspend the program if a minimum number of participants is not reached.
Scheduled activities are subject to change without prior notice; in general, they will be replaced by similar activities.
The menu is subject to change without prior notice.
Before the Summer Camp starts, a hygiene protocol for arrivals and departures will be provided and a virtual meeting will be held with the families to explain the organisation.
All participants are obliged to follow the health and safety instructions.
All attendees are obliged to follow the Regulations, in case of non-compliance the Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.
