Once the form is received, we will contact you to send you the confirmation of your place, the complete documentation to be filled in and the total cost of the reservation.
The place will be confirmed once the booking fee has been paid.
The dates of the camps will be subject to the authorisations and recommendations of the health authorities. ZSH will be able to cancel the camp if the sanitary and hygienic measures are not fulfilled or if it is considered that there is a risk to health. In this case, the booking fee and the place will be refunded.
In case of cancellation by the participant, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
