This week the Lower Elementary group visited the Ecomonegros workshop in Leciñena.
Ecomonegros is an organic bread bakery located in the town of Leciñena, which sells bread in several bakeries in Zaragoza.
During the visit, the group learned about the entire bread-making process, from organic farming to baking and marketing.
Afterwards, we were able to enjoy the beautiful playgrounds of Leciñena.
